Eligibility for Returns (Retail Customers)
Retail customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Wholesale & Distributor Accounts
Please note that all wholesale and distributor purchases are final.
Due to the discounted pricing and bulk order nature, wholesale customers are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
